We offer site preparation including clearing, grubbing, and topsoil removal; earthworks and grading for platform and pad construction; deep and shallow foundation systems including pile caps, raft foundations, and drilled piers; concrete works including structural slabs, columns, walls, and equipment pedestals; roadworks and paving for access roads, laydown areas, and helipads; drainage systems including culverts, stormwater channels, and retention ponds; and utility installation for underground piping, electrical conduits, and communication lines. We operate our own fleet of earthmoving equipment and maintain relationships with local concrete batch plants to ensure material quality and supply reliability. Our quality control program includes concrete cylinder testing, compaction verification, and survey control to ensure every pour meets design specifications. Beyond the physical structures, we manage material sourcing, batch plant operations, and reinforcement fabrication in-house to maintain schedule control and quality assurance. Projects Delivered

Futican has delivered civil construction scope on multiple oil and gas facilities across Nigeria’s Niger Delta. One recent project involved full site development for a flow station expansion, including 12,000 square meters of graded platform area, reinforced concrete foundations for two new separator skids and a compressor package, access roads, and stormwater drainage. Another project saw us construct a 200-person camp complex with administrative offices, workshops, and warehouse facilities, including all concrete foundations, paving, drainage, and utility connections. We’ve also executed smaller but critical scopes helipad foundations for offshore support bases, equipment laydown pads for pipeline construction spreads, and foundations for chemical storage tanks.
