Our Quality Promise to You

The purpose of this policy is to establish a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for Futicon Offshore Limited. This program is intended to ensure that all services provided by our firm meet the highest standards of quality and safety, in compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards. 

This policy applies to all activities related to the provision of oil and gas EPCIC services, and applies to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors of our firm, as well as any external parties that are involved in the delivery of our services.

Quality Assurance

  • Futicon Offshore Limited shall implement a comprehensive quality management system that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • We shall establish and maintain detailed procedures for all aspects of our service delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning.
  • We shall conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with our established procedures and standards.
  • Our firm shall appoint a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our QA program

Quality Control

  • Futicon Offshore Limited shall implement a robust QC program that includes inspections, testing, and verification of all materials, equipment, and services used in the delivery of our services.
  • We shall establish and maintain detailed QC procedures that are compliant with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Our firm shall appoint dedicated Quality Control Inspectors who will be responsible for conducting inspections and testing to ensure compliance with our established QC procedures.
  • We shall keep accurate records of all inspections, testing, and verification activities, and these records shall be made available for review upon request.

Training

  • Futicon Offshore Limited shall provide ongoing training to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors on the implementation and maintenance of our QA/QC program.
  • We shall ensure that all individuals involved in the delivery of our services are trained and competent in the use of our established procedures and standards.
  • Our firm shall provide regular refresher training to all individuals to ensure that they remain up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards.

This policy is intended to be a living document that will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
